Barack H. Obama Claims The Nomination

According to CNN, Barack Obama has accumulated the delegates necessary to win the Democratic nomination for presidency, making history as the first African American candidate who has participated in racist-based theology, demonstrated limitless naivety concerning foreign policy, befriended an unrepentant terrorist, insulted working-class Pennsylvanians and thrown his own grandmother "under the bus" as a typical white person to win the nomination of a major political party.

"Tonight we mark the end of one historic journey with the beginning of another -- a journey that will bring a new and better day to America," Obama said. "Tonight, I can stand before you and say that I will be the Democratic nominee for president of the United States."

Meanwhile, Hillary Clinton continues to see the emperor's new clothes draped across her hopes of nomination. "This has been a long campaign, and I will be making no decisions tonight," She said.

We all knew this was coming, so let's get ready to rumble.

Oh, did I use his middle name? Oops.

I don't think it's going to be Hillary. I just can't imagine that an egomaniac like Obama would risk bringing the Clintons into "his" White House where they might overshadow him.

Good point, I think the media is pushing it so much, and of course so is she, that I may have bought into it. I do think her voters do have a chance of a large portion jumping ship to McCain out of bitterness and he may want to keep them. However like you said the ego maniac may indeed miscalulate his abilities and kick her to the curb. :)N

And just think about an unemployed Bill Clinton hanging around the White House, trying to steal the spotlight. It could bode well for McCain, especially if Obama casts Hillary aside and irritates her people. Oh, and if McCain picks a female running mate . . . maybe local congresswoman Candace Miller, Texas Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson or my personal favorite Alaska Governor Sarah Palin
