I’m not positive, but I think usage of the word transparency depends upon what your definition of is, is. In the current democratic usage, I think it means indiscernible or completely ambiguous by anyone two steps to the right of Josip Stalin. Thank you for allowing me to help you with this. I feel better about our government now, and I hope you do as well.
